During the program there will be group-coaching sessions, challenging you to operate outside your comfort zone, discover new aspects of your character and helping you to develop into the leader you want to be.

Growing and developing as a leader

The program emphasizes critical, international and competitive thinking enabling them to deal with complex, challenging and often emotional situations in sports management and coaching. It offers participants ways to reflect on and experiment with their own leadership: their ‘personal’ ways to contribute to and shape cooperation.
